I am excited to be participating in a monthly blog circle with a group of talented photographers. As in most endeavors, our self criticism can run rampant. While in some instances competition can push us to better our skills and fuel us to keep going, it is not what I want to drive me to do my best. Having a group of like minded friends who just want to build each other up and see each other continue to grow as artists is refreshment to my soul. Each photographer will choose ONE image to share each month.

My family and I love to camp. We spent some time near Cumberland Falls State Park earlier this fall. On a short hiking trip, we ended up at this small creek. My Audrey is a fish. Around any and all water is where she wants to be. I love the way the light reflects off the water and through her hair. Makes my heart sing.
